Frequently Asked Questions

What if I don't have a PDF version of my menu?

No problem! You can easily convert your existing document or image file into a PDF using free tools like Adobe Acrobat, Smallpdf, or ILovePDF. Most of these services work right in your browser—just upload your file and download the converted PDF.

Can I use the assistant if my restaurant doesn't have a Google Business Profile?

Yes! As long as you provide a website URL, the assistant will still work. For best results, include as much information as possible—such as your Google Business Profile, Tripadvisor link, and a PDF menu—so the content it generates is more tailored and accurate.

Can I use the assistant if my restaurant isn't on Tripadvisor?

Absolutely. You can still use the assistant by entering your website URL. Adding links like your Tripadvisor page, Google Business Profile, or a PDF menu will improve the quality of the content, but they're not required.

Can I link to other review sites like Yelp?

Not yet—currently, we support Tripadvisor and Google Business Profile. If there's another review platform you'd like us to include, let us know in the comments section after you run the assistant. We're always looking to improve!

What if my restaurant only has social media accounts and no website?

At this time, the assistant requires a website URL to work. We're exploring ways to support more input types in the future, so feel free to share your feedback in the comments section after using the app.

My reviews include both positive and negative feedback. How do I know the assistant won't use the bad ones?

The assistant uses large language model (LLM) technology that can accurately identify and understand sentiment. It only selects positive reviews to highlight your restaurant in the best light—negative feedback is automatically filtered out.

Can someone else run the assistant using my restaurant's information?

Yes. The assistant uses only publicly available information—like your website, reviews, and menu. Anyone with access to that information can use it as input.
