You own the AI-generated outputs. However, Social Morsel may improve its models using aggregated and anonymized usage data.

• Reverse-engineer or interfere with our AI systems

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Social Morsel disclaims all liability for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from your use of the Platform or its outputs.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Social Morsel, its affiliates, and employees against any claims or liabilities resulting from your use of the Platform, including your uploaded or generated content.
